As a form of asset-based lending which includes credit protection and advice, factoring is an agreement between client and PBC, where PBC will purchase accounts receivables and assume responsibility for the client's customers' financial ability to pay. Factoring also involves A/R bookkeeping, EDI and payment processing, as well as collections and receivables financing. Cash advances are possible against open receivables, prior to collection.

TRADE FINANCING

Though banks generally coordinate trade financing (also known as import/export financing), they must adhere to stringent with rules and regulations, often preventing general customers from accessing this valuable trade tool. PBC offers simple and fast trade financing by bypassing the bank's complicated and time-consuming procedures. PBC will purchase the goods on behalf of the client through related banks and will obtain payment from the client afterwards.
 

 


P.O. FINANCING

"I need some funding to begin production for a purchase order I received from my customer, and I don't know where I'll find that kind of funding"

P.O. financing allows purchasing of materials for production by using the actual confirmed purchase order(s) as collateral. Since funding is promptly available without the need for collateral (i.e. accounts receivables) other than the purchase order, this type of financing is a great alternative source for businesses requiring financing beyond current lenders, all the while significantly increasing sales capabilities.
 

 


COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LOANS

Commercial real estate loans can be for all types of income producing and commercial properties, including shopping centers, apartments, office buildings, owner occupied buildings, manufacturing facilities and more.
